Reference

About 30-40 minutes. Straight lines are the bane.
And this is why I need two monitors. One for the reference, and the other for whichever graphic program I’m using. It’d help to get rid of all the toolbar clutter also. There’s hardly enough room to work on when they’re all over the screen.
I really like this. It definitely evokes mood.
I have to say that two monitors is the way to go. I have two monitors for my home computer and two for my work computer and I can barely function now with only one.
Even beyond using your second monitor for your reference photo, with a second monitor you can move your tool bars in photoshop or painter over to the second monitor so you have the maximum real estate to work on your picture in the first monitor.
Doooo it! You will find things so much easier!

Yeah, I have 2 monitors for work which is why now I want two at home as well. ;_; It’s definitely more useful considering I multitask and have several windows often more often than not. Need to save up money first so I can buy the 2nd one XD I don’t think my table can handle another bulking monitor so I have to get the thinner/lighter LCD.
Hee and thanks!

Hate j00. Some really nice lighting and mood. And curse you two-monitor people.
